The Beginning?

So I've decided to start doing the Couch-to-5K program that everyone seems to be doing. I suppose my primary goal in these 9 weeks is just to get my fitness level up, not necessarily to lose weight (although that would be a fabulous secondary benefit.)

In any case, I've decided to include photographic evidence and measurements. I can't promise I'll be good at this, because my motivation right now isn't the best, but I suppose the best I can do is try!

So here goes...

Weight: 215lbs
BMI: 34
Bust: 48 in
Waist: 41 in
Hips: 49 in
Current Jogging endurance: 5 min
